Summary
Proposed work includes repairing and replacing a portion of the sallyport structural slab and adding new steel framing. Additionally, concrete foundation wall deterioration shall be repaired with a new membrane installed and all incidental and collateral work necessary to complete the improvements. Includes 90 SF of demolish - remove 4 1/2" slab and metal deck; 225 SF of demolish - remove existing 7" approach slab / install new 7" approach slab; 10 CY of expose to depth shown to expose foundation wall - haul soil away; 60 SF of sound concrete along vertical foundation wall - remove deteriorated concrete; 30 LF of clean / remove rust or remove embedment angle along foundation wall / prime / paint; 100 LF of inject interior cracks along inside foundation wall; 60 SF of install waterproofing membrane along outside wall; 210 SF of install traffic waterproofing membrane on horizontal concrete slab; 30 LF of install compressible joint; 30 LF of install sealant - new to old concrete slab interface; see outside link.
