Summary
The contractor shall provide “Grade D” certification for air samples as prescribed in OSHA 29 CFR 1910.134[(i)(1)(ii)] within fifteen (15) days after receiving the sample. The contractor shall have a Laboratory Accredited by the American Association of Laboratory Accreditation, (A2LA) perform analysis of compressed breathing air samples. Current Accreditation Certificate shall be required. The contractor shall conduct test of air samples using the testing protocol for the Compressed Gas Association, Inc., (CGA) G-7.1 2018 Grade D and National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 1989-2019 to include water vapor as required by 29 CFR 1910.134[(i)(1)(ii)]. Sites to be sampled may vary and will be determined by the Industrial Hygiene (IH) Office but will not exceed the number of samples outlined within this statement of work. See attached file.
