Support the safety of the use of the Port for cruise vessels and other users of the port and of the public and community, as a CM/GC firm, provide pre-construction services in collaboration with the design team during Phase 1 of the rockslide mitigation project, including cost estimating, value engineering, scheduling, and constructability reviews. The intent is to enhance constructability, identify innovative solutions to reduce cost and accelerate the schedule, develop project phasing strategies, and position the municipality for a potential construction agreement in Phase 2 with the CM/GC firm.
