Work includes milling/paving sections of road, profiling to needed grades, installation of curbing/gutters, complete reconstruction of a section of road, install stamped concrete section. There will be a new electrical feed run out to the lighting system for lowenthal road, with new pole bases to be installed (reinstalling existing poles & fixtures); electrical feed from building to road will be directionally bored to the first pole base then open dug form pole base to pole base. Old conduit from pole to pole to be removed. Goal would be to close main entrance to do the milling/paving & stamped concrete install starting 5/12 to have reopened before 6/12. While working on lowenthal maintaining traffic until lomb entrance is reopened

AvailableThis work is to refurbish 4 columns, demolish 10'x5' concrete pads, 2 concrete steps, concrete footings, 6'x2' ashpalt and roughly 28ft of 1 1?2" steel tubing handrails. Pour new 6/x2/-6"x1' concrete footing, 10'x5' pads at the top, 6'x4' pad at the bottom, and 2 concrete steps. Repair concrete ramp where the handrail was removed. Then install new 1 1/2" stainless steel tubing handrails. See attached file.
