Ricketts Park Sign Advertising Program (LOI) *Rebid

City of Farmington seeks a qualified organization to fully administer and operate a park sign advertising program covering approximately 84 business-only sign slots including sales, contract management, billing/collections, production/installation/maintenance, and financial reporting. Administrator must segregate and allocate estimated annual program revenue (~$50,000) to mandatory youth-baseball uses: AABC affiliation/dues, $5,000 annually to CMWS Foster Family/Player Housing, $2,000 to the CMWS New Mexico qualifying team, and the remainder for scholarships, camps, oversight and related community investment; sign cost cap $600 per sign for first two years. Mandatory requirements include AABC affiliation/commitment, demonstrated sales/financial management capacity, one-year firm-fixed-price contract (auto-renewable up to nine additional one-year terms), and online proposal submission via the City’s IonWave system.
