DESIGN-BUILD: Provide professional design services for the central peninsula landfill baler building. This redesign will address: new office space, meeting room, bathrooms, front desk public area and designated operational waste/recycling areas.

Work includes complete demolition and removal of the central peninsula landfill baler system, heat exchanger, and associated ductwork. Work will include draining oil tanks, removing all associated components of the baler system, removing all associated components of the heat exchanger system, and disposing of all demolished materials. After baler demolition, backfill the site and pour concrete slab to slope correctly with existing pad.

Pawtucket Redevelopment Agency (PRA)

Seeks development proposals for the downtown gateway project. The primary purpose of the request for proposals (rfp) is to select development partner(s) with demonstrated experience and capacity to help implement projects that best address the needs and goals of the community as described herein. Secondly, the request serves as a notice of the pra's intent to dispose of all or a portion of the project site, contingent upon approval by the pra with all requirements of law governing disposition of real property by the pra.
