The Steel Rivers Council of Governments (SRCOG), on behalf of the City of Duquesne, is soliciting qualifications (RFQ/RFP) to conduct a comprehensive Wayfinding Study to produce a Wayfinding Aids Design, placement plan, and installation budget not to exceed $40,000.
