Work includes backfilling with onsite mine spoil (no blasting), water treatment, and seasonal tree removal restrictions to protect imperiled bats (cutting of trees >3" DBH must occur between Oct 15 and Mar 31). Bidders must submit bids electronically via the Kentucky Vendor Self Service (VSS) system and be registered in VSS prior to submission.
