REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS For Engineering Services

The City of Hudson is soliciting qualifications from engineering firms to provide structural engineering services for a NYS Homes and Community Renewal (NYS HCR) funded housing rehabilitation project focused on 1–2 unit owner-occupied residential properties. The selected firm will evaluate structural stability, prepare written stabilization reports and structural plans for incorporation into general contractor scopes, and coordinate with City staff and program consultants. The work is expected to begin immediately after contract execution, will cover evaluation/rehabilitation of approximately 10–15 homes (with immediate needs for at least two), and proposals must include qualifications, staffing, fee schedule, timetable, and are encouraged from M/WBE and Section 3 businesses.
