Description: The State of Missouri, Office of Administration, Division of Purchasing, on behalf of the Missouri Department of Corrections / Missouri Vocational Enterprises (MVE), is soliciting competitive sealed proposals from qualified vendors to supply T-shirts and other shirts to support the operations of Missouri Vocational Enterprises. The contract period is from August 24, 2026, through August 23, 2027, with delivery required on an FOB destination basis to various clothing factories throughout the State of Missouri. Vendors must be registered and approved in MissouriBUYS (powered by MOVERS) and must comply with the Domestic Products Procurement Act (Buy American Preference). Proposals must be submitted electronically through MissouriBUYS by July 21, 2026, at 2:00 PM Central Time.
