Renovate Various Buildings, Illick Enabling Projects - Syracuse Campus (renovate Office of Research Programs 4th Floor, Bray Hall)

Project consists of a renovation of the 2nd floor north office suite, 2nd floor single user women's restroom, printer room within the 2nd floor south office suite and adding a custodial room to the basement. The north office suite renovation entails but is not limited to: private office doors being replaced with full lite doors with sidelites, the removal of the 4 center room for an open space, new entrance to office suite, adding reverse bulkheads at windows, ceiling replacement were applicable, and new lighting throughout. Fire suppression is existing and to be modified as required. The 2nd floor Custodial room being relocated to the basement. The single user women's restroom on the 2nd floor is being renovated. A single room within the 2nd floor south entry suite is being updated to provide adequate HVAC, lighting and interior finishes.

SUCF’s bid calendar corroborates the project title and shows a bid date of January 28, 2026, with plans available via Avalon Document Services and a walk‑through on January 13, 2026. Subcontractors are being sought by the prime contractor for this construction project.
