Regional Trail Alignment Analysis

Sherburne County Parks and Recreation Department, on behalf of the Great Northern Regional Trail Partnership Committee, seeks proposals for an alignment analysis of the Great Northern Regional Trail to connect Sherburne CSAH 9 to Long Siding over approximately 5.3 miles. The selected firm will provide alignment options, public engagement (including two public events and outreach materials), an existing conditions memorandum, right-of-way impact analysis, preliminary landowner meetings, high-level construction cost estimates, and feasibility and alignment reports. The project is expected to be completed by September 30, 2026 and is being solicited as a procurement (not a grant).
