Project is the high school re-roofing. The project includes, removal of the existing loose aggregate surfacing and preparation of the existing aggregate surfaced built-up roof systems on roof areas a, b, c, d, e, and f to receive a minimum 2" thick pour of lightweight insulating concrete (lwic) over a minimum 2" thick expanded polystyrene insulation system continuous across the entire roof areas and a new two-ply modified bitumen roof membrane system eligible for a manufacturer's 20-year warranty. All new sheet metal components and accessories are included.
