Construction of Improvement to City Park. Improvements consist of construction of a bandstand and prefabricated shelter, new prefabricated restroom facility, PCC repair to existing pavement, 114 SY of new 4” PCC Sidewalk, and 338 SY of new 5” PCC Pavement. Project also includes the application 5,800 SF of a 1” HMA Overlay to the existing Court surfacing followed by an acrylic surfacing as well as installation of 2 new basketball goals, three pickleball netting systems, six park benches, and 60 LF of 6' high chain link fence.

Furnishing all materials, equipment, and labor necessary to construct the pinnacle court drainage improvements phase 2a & 2b consisting approx 1,640 LF of new RCP storm drainage and 16 drainage boxes, and miscellaneous demolition, utility relocation, and fine grading to facilitate the project.
