The successful vendor will be expected to organize HELP DESK service calls efficiently and to ensure that there is no significant computer downtime during normal working hours, generally 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with the Fire Department and Police Department on constant 24/7 status.
