Provide a radio frequency (rf) mesh network health assessment for rf networks that they can provide and would recommend to support the district s needs as well as a proposal to support the prospective conversion of the district s existing emergency radio communications rf mesh network based on the information and documents provided as a part of this solicitation to an alternative rf mesh network not operated and/or maintained by criticom monitoring services (cms). These services include assessing and evaluating dcsd s existing aes-based rf infrastructure, analyzing the feasibility of reusing or upgrading existing hardware, and supporting the district in furnishing and installing a complete solution for a districtwide rf mesh network conversion, leveraging the existing aes backbone and infrastructure where applicable all under regular and formal written reporting.
