Provide services for developing land. The available land consists of five (5) parcels totaling approximately 1,736 acres of non-excess land. Base Option: Parcel 2A (approx. 516 acres), including two warehouse buildings, former nuclear reactor facility storage and associated support building; Option 1: Parcels 1B (approx. 508 acres), 1C (approx. 184 acres), 1D (approx. 250 acres); Option 2: Parcel 1A (approx. 278 acres).
