The Project consists of removal of existing variable frequency drive (VFD) and transformer and offsite disposal, purchase, installation, and startup of new VFD and transformer, and related work.

St. Johns County

Work includes construction of the proposed reclaimed water pump station, electrical building, related electrical work, motor control centers, variable frequency drives, new vertical turbine pumps and cans, pump station slab and related appurtenances, yard piping, valves, appurtenances as needed, clearing, grubbing, import of structural and common fill for the site and final grading, storm water, landscaping, and fencing improvements.

Construction of a new 0.24 million gallons per day (MGD) Average Dry Weather Flow (ADWF) Packaged Membrane Bioreactor (MBR) Treatment Facility with equalization and screening; Construction of a Packaged Sludge Dewatering Facilities; Construction of the Influent Pump Station and new Inlet from Pond 1; Electrical Service Upgrades; Installation of a Standby Generator; Instrumentation and Controls, SCADA; Construction of an Effluent Pump Station and Distribution System; Sewer Force Main Flow Bypassing; Testing and Commissioning; Yard Piping, Structural Concrete Slabs, and general Site Improvements.
