Proposals for Construction Manager-At-Risk - (RFP)

Construction Manager-at-Risk for Project 1: Construct the science classrooms and labs, CTE Center with classrooms and shop areas, gymnasium at Troup High School. Renovation of existing science classrooms and labs. Also, the construction of a connector corridor with office spaces, classrooms, bathrooms, and renovations to the existing cafeteria and kitchen area at the elementary campus. Project 2: Construction of science classrooms and labs. Renovation of existing science classrooms and labs at the High School Campus.
