Professional Organizational Development Services

Nevada County (County of Nevada), CA is soliciting Statements of Qualifications to establish a qualified list of consultants to provide organizational development services including facilitation, training, coaching, onboarding/transition coaching, executive coaching, intervention facilitation, and learning and development course design and delivery. The contract vehicle will be a three-year qualified list with the County assigning work on an as-needed basis under a Master Service Agreement; the list may be renewed for two additional one-year periods. The opportunity is targeted to consultants with public sector experience and requires proof of active certifications in recognized leadership/team development frameworks.
