Provide professional services for the adaptive reuse and tenant improvements build-out of a new Law and Justice Center located in Buildings 1 and 2, totaling 85,000 SF. The professional services provided by the Consultant under this contract may include one or more of the following services: Planning, analysis, assessment, evaluation, investigation, development of recommendations,
scoping, and cost estimating, Preparing plans, studies, reports, correspondence, drawings, construction documents, specifications
and meeting notes, Coordination with regulatory agencies, other County departments, consultants, and contractors; Other types of professional services requested by the County that are consistent with the intent of this RFQ, For multiple buildings located on this same campus.
