Construct tenant improvement modifications to an existing approx. 15,200 SF existing two-story warehouse building with approx. 4,000 SF on added floor area at the second level within the existing footprint. Tenant improvements include converting existing offices and warehouse space into the new Port of Olympia Headquarters office space and commission meeting room. Scope includes offices and public reception counter, elevated commission dais, new two-story elevator, new finishes, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire suppression updates. Improvement Includes some exterior wall modifications and site work.
