Construct partial roof repair and replacement at Miller Junior High School to address roof leaks identified on the north side of the upper gym roof, consisting of approx. 20' by 30' (600 SF) of affected area beginning at the eave edge. The roof assembly is believed to include rigid insulation over interior spaces with stepped transitions at overhangs. Concealed rot or damage beneath the insulation may be present and will be evaluated during demolition.
