Mandatory qualifications include City of Lodi business license, Lodi Fire Department Fire Marshal permit, and insurance limits (CGL $5,000,000; Auto $2,000,000; Employer's Liability $1,000,000). Initial contract term is one year with up to two one-year extensions. Proposers will coordinate with the City's Special Events Manager.
