Fireworks Show Provider (City of Lodi)

City of Lodi seeks a qualified vendor to provide and perform an 18–25 minute pyrotechnic/fireworks show at Lodi Lake Park (around July 4, 2026). Vendor must supply all labor, materials, tools, electronic firing systems, on-site licensed fireworks technician, detailed shell sizes/counts in the fee proposal, secure/fallout zone/site security and post-show cleanup, and comply with 1.3G display fireworks transport/storage and permit requirements. Mandatory qualifications include City of Lodi business license, Lodi Fire Department Fire Marshal permit, and insurance limits (CGL $5,000,000; Auto $2,000,000; Employer's Liability $1,000,000). Initial contract term is one year with up to two one-year extensions. Proposers will coordinate with the City's Special Events Manager.
