Pascagoula Design Build Construction

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) is conducting market research (sources sought) to identify Design-Build prime contractors for repair and renovation of the Gulf Marine Service Facility (GMSF) and wharf repairs at the Pascagoula, Mississippi lab. This is a Sources Sought / Request for Information for planning purposes only (not a solicitation or grant) with an estimated project range of $11M–$13.5M; respondents are asked to submit capability statements via a Google Form or by email. Responses are due January 12, 2026 by 2:00 PM EST and attachments (Sources Sought document and SOW Abstract) are posted on SAM.gov.
