Summary
The selected subrecipients will be responsible for operating the PATH (Partnership. Accountability. Training. Hope.) program, in SEMCA’s service delivery area, ensuring that all services are delivered in alignment with federal, state, and SEMCA programmatic expectations. Each subrecipient will be expected to provide
comprehensive coaching and case management services, including participant engagement, orientation, assessment, and the development of individualized service plans. Staff must maintain consistent
communication with participants, help them address employment barriers, and support their progression toward economic self-sufficiency. Accurate documentation, timely data entry, and maintenance of electronic case files in the designated case management system are critical.
