The project consists of the replacement of two (2) pressure reducing valves and the top slab at the helburg valve vault and the replacement of all interior mechanical fittings, interior mechanical equipment, and the top slab at the east tank/butterball tank control valve vault.

Work includes 1 LS 36" ball valve with actuator; 1 LS 36" electromagnetic flow meter; 1 LS piping and fittings; 1 LS demolition; 1 LS structural steel / precast hatch; 1 LS exterior pipe coupling repair ; 1 LS miscellaneous concrete; 1 LS doe branch pipe supports; 1 LS electrical /instrumentation & control items.
