Summary
The contractor shall complete a comprehensive inventory. Detailed as followed: Multi-Format Media Inventory: Conduct an item-level inventory of the approximately 1,800 CDs in the 24 drawers and all oral history media within the 619 boxes, including paper
files (transcripts), CDs, cassette tapes, and 3.5" floppy discs. Transcript Verification: Verify and update the existing partial inventory of paper files (transcripts) located within the 619 boxes. The contractor shall ensure every physical transcript is accounted for and accurately described. Data Capture: Populate a master inventory using the template provided (Attachment 3). The contractor shall meticulously record the specific media type (paper files (transcripts), CDs, cassette tapes, or 3.5" floppy discs) for every item found in the drawers and boxes.
