North Country Administrator Program RFA

Description: Provide language support services: language access, translation, and interpretation services; housing support: establish relationships with local community stakeholders including landlords, hotel owners, community members, shelters, churches, colleges, department of social services (dss) and other agencies that can provide housing for those in need; health services: establish relationships to provide referrals for health services, including mental health, develop relationships with local doctors, hospitals and therapists that serve, or would serve, the new american population, and include health service providers in relevant discussions such as roundtables, in order to facilitate and or expand services specifically needed for this population.
