Project provides for road reconstruction and drainage improvements. This contract shall include, but not be limited to prepare right of way; provide and implement bmp within swppp; remove and dispose of existing concrete drive, treated base, untreated base, and subgrade; remove and dispose of existing rock drive, treated base, untreated base, and subgrade; remove and dispose of existing acp main road, treated base, untreated base, and subgrade; provide, install, mix, and compact lime treatment of subgrade (8-inch depth/road mixed), main road; provide and install flexible base foundation course (8-inch depth/ty-b), main road; provide and install ty-d hmac level-up surface for bond breaker (2-inch usual), pg binder 64-22, for main road. Including trackless tack. Provide and construct reinforced hydraulic concrete cement pavement with laydown curb (8-inch depth, class-p 4,000-psi), main road. See attached file.
