DESIGN-BUILD proposed storage building will be constructed on town-owned property located just west of the existing Public Works Facility.

Town of Southwest Harbor

Work under this project includes the replacement of the existing Southwest Harbor Public Works Garage and related upgrades to the public works facility including mobilization, erosion control, all temporary construction power, demolition of existing buildings and structures, site clearing, removal and or abandonment of existing utilities, excavation and earthwork, aggregates, backfill and compaction, paving, cast-in-place concrete, building oil separator, sanitary sewer improvements, including septic tank and sanitary sewer pump station, site drainage, building drainage system holding tank system, water system improvements, gravel storage area sedimentation and erosion control pond, underground and overhead electrical, complete metal building package for public works garage, electrical power and distribution, lighting, relocation of existing propane tank and emergency stand-by generator, HVAC equipment and installation and all incidentals for a complete public works garage and office building and all associated site work.
