New Fire/EMS Station Feasibility Study

Seeking a capable firm to perform the development of a feasibility study that would explore the possibility of a new gas station in the community of happy camp. The study should focus on the feasibility of the gas station itself, and a convenience store attached. The study must identify key constraints, design limitations, potential permits, entitlements, and economic impacts. It must also propose a design and method to address concerns, along with cost estimates of the build, and to overcome any discovered restraints. The tribe is also seeking the study to include conceptual site plans. This would include possible locations where the project could be built, and possible design layouts and key features.

The scope includes zoning and regulatory review, access and infrastructure evaluation, coordination with other disciplines, and the production of written feasibility reports and conceptual site‑fit diagrams. The solicitation is open, with an opening date of 2025‑12‑17 and a closing date of 2026‑02‑02.
