New Construction of Associated Facilities

Seeking for proposals to consolidate electrical for main building, restructure all septic lines behind main structure, construct approx 14,000 SF of student space instruct 100 ft x 100 ft high school competition gymnasium, consolidate and back feed existing electrical panel boxes, replace existing underground septic lines, remove abandoned tank, build new locker rooms, a nurse's office, five new classrooms, and restrooms to meet code for fixture requirements. The total estimated new building area is approx 24,000 SF.
