Description: The Nebraska Army National Guard is soliciting competitive construction proposals from qualified general contractors to construct a 1,450 SF Transient Training Company Headquarters Building (Building 1270) at the Camp Ashland Training Site (CATS) in Yutan, Nebraska. The scope of work includes site work and grading, utility extensions from the adjacent cantonment area, installation of the metal one-story headquarters building containing admin offices, latrines with showers, storage and operations areas, perimeter security fencing, and supporting facility modifications. Bids must be submitted to the Construction & Facilities Management Office (CFMO), Nebraska Army National Guard, 2433 NW 24th Street, Lincoln, Nebraska 68524 before 1:30 PM CDT on July 30, 2026; a non-mandatory pre-bid meeting and walk-through will be held at the Titan RC in Yutan on July 16, 2026.
