The Naval Special Warfare Command (NSWC), under the United States Special Operations Command, issued a Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO) seeking innovative unmanned systems (UxS) capabilities including platforms, payloads, software/AI, and command‑and‑control to support Special Operations Forces. The CSO specifies three Areas of Interest (UxS as a Service; FPV ISR Operations; FPV Kinetic Operations) with phased evaluation (white paper/brief, demonstration/pitch, proposal) and requires SAM registration for award eligibility. The government may award multiple Firm‑Fixed Price contracts under FAR Part 12 or enter Other Transaction Authority agreements and reserves the right to award without a prior demonstration phase.
