Municipal Prosecutor (RFP)

Providing legal services as the Municipal Prosecutor to New Jersey municipalities and/or other New Jersey public entities. The successful Respondent will provide the Municipality with professional legal services as directly relating, but not necessarily limited to: 1. All necessary and desirable legal counsel and advice for the preparation of cases; 2. Preparing for and conducting the prosecution of such cases except such crimes and offenses as it may be the duty of the County or State official to prosecute; 3. Attending, scheduling, and conducting such meetings with the Princeton Police Department and its police officers, and municipal code enforcement officers, as are necessary for the successful prosecution of cases; and 4. Any other related duties as maybe required.
