Experienced professionals who can provide both consulting and project management services for the successful design, procurement, and installation of a new roofing system. The scope of the project includes the removal of the existing roofing system, detailed assessment, design of a new roof system, and overall project management to final completion. The building is a mixed-use industrial/commercial property, and the project will involve approx. 102,000 SF of flat roof. This will include removal of the old membrane (approximately 40 years old), possible asbestos mitigation, possible concrete roof deck repair, installation of new insulation and membrane.

Design work may include, but is not limited to the existing roof tear-off and replacement with a Minnesota State-approved roof system, evaluate roof structure for snow loads and potential installation of solar panels requirements, evaluate mechanical work to determine the need to replace and/or reconfigure roof drainage systems if necessary to meet codes and Minnesota State Facilities Design Standards, raise mechanical units to accommodate minimum base flashing heights, relocate and/or modify associated mechanical piping and electrical conduits as required, replace roof hatch, add/or modify roof access ladders, remove or replace skylights, evaluate and prepare a scope plan for masonry repairs to include, but not limited to: installation of through-wall flashings, window replacement and raise access doors, ensure water-tightness of the building envelope and the integrity of the roofing system, all as required by the particular roof project.
