Multi-year contract for Job Training Analysis for MCOLES

The Michigan Commission on Law Enforcement Standards (MCOLES) issued an RFP to perform a statewide Job Task Analysis (JTA) for patrol officers, first-line supervisors, and agency managers to update training and hiring standards. The work is planned in four phases including task inventory development, survey sampling and data collection, focused-brainstorming sessions with supervisors/managers, and statistical analysis culminating in formal reports. The anticipated contract begin date is April 1, 2026 and the RFP estimates a contract value in the $500,000–$1,500,000 range.
