Mulford Bathroom Renovation - (RFQ)

Demo floor to subfloor, walls and ceiling in shower area down to bare studs, remove vanity and toilet. All tiled walls to be removed. Shift shower area to line up with wall as shown in drawings. Install barrier free shower pan in shower area. 2 piece floor drains to be installed in kind(floor drain and bathtub drain). Ceiling in shower area to be sheetrocked with Durock or equivalent moisture proof sheetrock and painted in flat white. Replace toilet with new Gerber Viper 1.28gpf 12” rough-in two-piece compact elongated Ergoheight toilet in white. Replace toilet with new Gerber Viper 1.28gpf 12” rough-in two-piece compact elongated Ergoheight toilet in white. Replace shower body using T13420 Delta trim kit with Delta R10000 series valve body according to drawing. Handheld shower head to be replaced in kind. See attached file.
