Monta Vista High School Building F2 (Black Box) Modernization Project (RFQP)

Provide constructability review, value engineering, master scheduling, cost estimating, budgeting, and construction services for the development and construction for the high school building f2 (black box) modernization project. The project involves the modernization of the F2 Performing Art Classrooms Building at Monta Vista High School. The scope of the modernization will include architectural improvements and structural rehabilitation of the building as well as interior redesigns to provide additional storage and accessory spaces for the existing drama classroom. This work involves, but is not limited to, the replacement of roofing, electrical, HVAC, and lighting systems, along with fire alarm upgrades, new theatrical lighting, and acoustic treatments. Additionally, the audio-visual system will be upgraded, and site improvements will be made as needed to comply with code requirements to improve the path of travel. The project will also include interior and exterior painting.
