Summary
Interior and exterior renovations consisting of a new minimum 15 millimeter thick vapor barrier installation at the existing crawlspace, new passive air crawlspace block vents (alternate design with fan to be included for mechanical ventilation), exterior below grade waterproofing system with perimeter drain gravity fed to new underground storm water management piping, fed to daylight at rear of property. Additional underground storm water piping tie-ins to existing exterior mounted rain water downspouts (up to 6 locations). Vapor barrier installation is proposed below classrooms y29, y28, and kitchen. Exterior waterproofing system is proposed at part of media center exterior wall and all of the exterior walls at classrooms y29 and y28.
