Construction of (3) entry/shade canopies (entry portal 'a', canopy 'b', canopy 'c') & (1) restroom building (building 280), major renovation of the auditorium (building 100) / music building (building 110) including (n) fixed seat layout, (n) accessible ramp, (n) control booth, (n) wheelchair accessible seating, (n) interior finishes, (n) HVAC ductwork distribution w/ (e) mechanical units, (n) sound and light system, (n) modular practice rooms, and (n) rigging system. Major renovation of the serving area of cafeteria building (building 120) including (n) serving equipment and (n) interior finishes. Major renovation of the boy's locker room (building 170) including (n) metal lockers, reconfiguration of coaches offices, team rooms, restrooms, and showers, and (n) paint. Major renovation of the administration building (building 200) including reconfiguration of offices, (n) interior finishes, and (n) HVAC ductwork distribution w/ (e) mechanical units. Major renovation of the girls locker room (building 360) including (n) metal lockers, reconfiguration of coaches offices, team rooms, restrooms, and showers, and (n) paint. Minor renovation at bldgs 150, 160, 193, 194, 210, 240, 250, 260, 270, and 320 including accessibility upgrades, (n) interior finishes, (n) window coverings, and casework removal/replacement. Minor renovations at bldgs 311-314 for termporary administration offices, to be restored to existing state upon completion of building 200 work. Upgrade of the fire alarm systems at buildings 100, 110, 120, 160, 170, 200, 210, 230, 240, 260, 280, 350 and 360. Demolition of (1) relocatable building. Exterior paint at all buildings (excluding all cmu field buildings 1 through 10 and 280). Site work includes (n) landscaping at site entry, (n) synthetic turf practice fields, (n) bike storage, and upgrades to auditorium entry plaza and (e) courtyard, and associated accessibility upgrades renovate existing classrooms 311-314 for temporary administration offices. Upon completion of bldg 200 improvements, restore spaces to classrooms. New automatic fire sprinkler system at building 194.
