The New York City Department of Education (NYCDOE) issued an Invitation for Bid (RFB) for a requirements contract to acquire, warehouse, handle, and distribute fresh milk and related dairy products to ~1,300 NYC public schools. The RFB is structured into three Aggregate Classes covering whole, low-fat, fat-free, fat-free chocolate milks and half-and-half; awards will be made by aggregate class with a limit of one class per vendor. Bidders must procure product from DOE-contracted manufacturers, submit bids electronically to DCPSubmissions@schools.nyc.gov (or by OneDrive/hard copy per instructions), and attend a virtual pre-bid conference (Microsoft Teams) on July 29, 2025.
