The City of Cibolo (City Manager) is soliciting proposals to manage, operate, and expand its Wayfinding Sign Plaza Program; the selected contractor must design, fabricate, install, maintain, repair, lease panels, provide customer support, and assume all financial responsibility for the program with no reimbursement from the City. Deliverables include erecting at least two sign plazas within 12 months, providing up to eight Primary or smaller sign plazas at no cost to the City for municipal promotion, maintaining an online map for staff, and submitting quarterly/annual KPI reports. Compensation is performance-based via revenue sharing with the City receiving $10 per sign panel per month; contract term is five years with two five-year renewal options.
