Provide upgrade fire alarm system (fm).

Work includes construction for turn-key products including replacement of devices and components to upgrade the existing fire alarm systems. Remove and replace the existing fire alarm system components including, but not limited to, control panels; activation, annunciation, and detection devices; all associated wiring. The project will replace all or some of the existing fire alarm devices and associated wiring as needed.

University Of Illinois At Chicago

The project includes replacing the fire alarm system, including but not limited to supplying and installing new conduit, cables and devices as well as removal of the old system. The existing building fire alarm system is to remain in place and operational until the new system is fully installed, commissioned and accepted by the University. All existing architectural finishes impacted by the removal of the existing fire alarm equipment, devices, conduit, wiring, boxes, etc., shall be restored/repaired to match surrounding conditions.
