Vernon Construction & Development LLC is soliciting MWBE and SDVOB subcontractor proposals for selective demolition, asbestos abatement, concrete, metals, architectural woodwork, waterproofing, fire protection, doors & hardware, glazing, carpentry, drywall, ceilings, flooring, painting, signage, fire suppression, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, teledata and fire alarm work for the Brooklyn College Ingersoll Hall Cancer Center and Chemistry Renovations project. The project, owned by CUCF, includes reconfiguration and modernization of chemical storage rooms and renovation of two chemistry labs and is subject to a Project Labor Agreement (PLA/Union) and MWBE/SDVOB goals. Work inlucdes scope includes the renovation of select interior rooms and associated support spaces across multiple floors, including lecture halls, classrooms, computer laboratories, music rooms, locker rooms, and related ancillary spaces, encompassing an approximate total area of 23,000 SF. Work also includes the provision of new HVAC systems serving the rooms within the Project scope
