Organize four (4) separate cohorts of educators, each aligned to one math pip strategy: math talks, sat strategies, p2c, and universal design for learning (udl). B. Assign a staff person to coordinate each cohort that will serve as the key point of contact to support the improvement strategy. C. Coordinate a math talks strategy cohort to include a one- or two-day professional development session including how to implement math talks and how to develop a lesson plan; in collaboration with ccrb, coordinate convenings among teachers in related cte programs to develop cluster- specific math talks toolkits and implementation guide.
