Seeking vendors with unique attributes to simplify and streamline integration efforts. Ultimately, we hope to attain information on munitions that meet or are close to meeting the MLE-1 requirements by the end of Q1FY26 while gaining awareness of products and plans to meet subsequent increments and maritime requirements. The MLE-1 Capability Compliance Matrix will be provided to interested parties once security clearances and handling requirements have been verified.

Responsible for the Terrestrial Collection Systems (TCS) program of record, which encompasses both Ground Sensors (GS) and Maritime Sensors (MS). The TCS MS Increment II is envisioned to include small uncrewed maritime vessels (sUMV) which can provide intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) capabilities to Fleet Marine forces and facilitate long-range, long-endurance maritime domain awareness (MDA). PM ICO seeks information on advanced stage Technology Readiness Level (TRL) sUMVs and their projected availability for fielding and deployment.
