Work consists of the removal and replacement of existing pedestrian facilities and installation of new pedestrian facilities. A new pedestrian facility will be added to the north side of road including a prefabricated steel truss pedestrian bridge over grand glaize creek. The existing pedestrian facility along the south side of road will be reconstructed. Curb ramps and commercial entrances throughout the corridor will be replaced (as required) to bring them into ada compliance. Pedestrian traffic signal modifications, modular block retaining walls, striping, traffic control, and other items shall be included as shown in the plans.
